I have a drive to understand how things work, whether that's a mechanical engine, an electrical circuit, or a distributed system under load. That curiosity is what got me into software, and it's what keeps me here.

I've spent the last few years working on backend systems where reliability matters. Building querying services, working with Elasticsearch clusters in production, and setting up observability with OpenTelemetry and VictoriaMetrics. I enjoy the kind of work where you have to actually understand the system to get it right.
